Whilst our technology and interfaces are designed for simplicity, we know that new technology can be something unfamiliar. For that reason we offer free, comprehensive training to all of our installers as well as access to technical support direct from the factory.

3 year system warranty
As well as having our excellent technical support team on hand to answer any of your questions and queries, WaterOne also comes with an industry standard warranty. This includes a 3 year system warranty as standard.
